Getting Started
How does ACGGOODS work?
All products on ACGGOODS are made to order. We work with artists to bring you unique merchandise, produced by our factory and shipped via third-party logistics partners. Here's how it works:
Step 1: You browse and purchase your favorite products on ACGGOODS.
Step 2: We receive your order and start processing it.
Step 3: Our factory begins production of your customized items.
Step 4: Once completed, we package and ship the products to your doorstep.
How do I sign up for an ACGGOODS account?
Creating an ACGGOODS account is free. As a buyer, you get access to custom merchandise designed by global independent artists. As an artist, you can also open a shop and start selling your work—no upfront cost required.
Ordering
How do I find things on ACGGOODS?
Currently, we don't have a search bar future, you can access the artist's shop from their social media links.
Can I buy digital art files?
Currently, ACGGOODS only supports the purchase of physical products. Digital file downloads are not available.
Why do prices vary so much between similar products?
Pricing is set by individual artists, which may vary depending on product size, materials, and the artist's own markup.
Can I customize a design?
Customization options are limited to what the artist has provided. Some products may allow size or accessory selection, but direct edits to the design are not supported.
Where can I find my order information?
After logging in, go to "My Orders" under your account to view your purchase history, status, and tracking.

Acrylics
Are your acrylics eco-friendly?
We use environmentally friendly printing processes and recyclable acrylic materials whenever possible.
Do the acrylics come with protective films?
Yes, most acrylic products are covered with protective films on both sides. Please peel them off gently before use.
Stickers
How durable are the stickers?
Our stickers are made with high-quality vinyl, designed to be long-lasting and resistant to fading.
Are stickers waterproof?
Yes, they are water-resistant and suitable for use on laptops, water bottles, etc., but not recommended for dishwashers.
Art Prints
What kind of art prints do you offer?
We offer coated paper prints in a variety of sizes and finishes. All are made with high-resolution printing suitable for display.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We support PayPal currently, and we will add more payment methods in the future.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
No, all orders must be prepaid online at checkout.
Can I use more than one form of payment?
We currently accept one payment method per order.
Why have I been double charged?
This is usually a bank authorization hold. It should be released within a few days. If not, contact your payment provider.
Why is my payment still pending?
It may take a few hours for payment gateways to confirm your transaction. If it remains pending for over 24 hours, please contact us.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, verify your email address in your account and contact our support team.
Taxes, Tariffs & Duties
Will I get charged customs duties for my order?
Depending on your country's regulations, customs or VAT may apply. Buyers are responsible for any applicable import fees.
I Need Help With My Order
How do I check my order status?
You can check your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account.
Where is my order?
Tracking info will be available after your order ships. Use the tracking link in your order page.
Order Change and Cancellation Policies
Can I change or cancel my order after it's shipped?
No changes can be made once the order has shipped.
Can I change the address in my order?
Address changes are only possible before the order enters production. You can change the shipping address on your order status before it ships. If the order was shipped, you can not change the shipping address anymore. If you still want to change the shipping address, we suggest you to contact the post office with the tracking information.
How do I request a Size, Style or Color Exchange?
Due to the made-to-order nature, we do not offer exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
How can I return my order?
Returns are only accepted for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping
Where does my order ship from?
Orders are shipped directly from our production partners in Asia.
Do you deliver to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses?
Currently, we do not support military base addresses.
What are the shipping options?
Standard, Fast and Express shipping are available at checkout. Delivery time varies by destination.
Packaging
What are the packaging methods?
All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Acrylics come with a protective film.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, most of our packaging is recyclable, including paper wraps and cardboard envelopes.

Getting Started
How do I open a shop on ACGGOODS?
You can sign up and start your shop for free. Simply register, upload your artworks, and publish your first products.
How do I upload designs to ACGGOODS?
Once you registered your shop, please follow up the instructions on Discord or Dashboard, you can add the products from our category, adjust placements, and publish.
Do I need to pay ACGGOODS to start selling?
No upfront payment is required. We only take a commission from each sale.
Can I upload non-art products to ACGGOODS?
At this time, only print-on-demand products using original artworks are supported.
Can I sell digital art files?
Digital downloads are not supported yet, only physical merchandise.
Account Management
How do I change my password?
Go to My Profile > Account Security to reset your password.
How do I change my account email?
The email address can not be changed currently.
A customer contacted me directly, what should I do?
Kindly refer them to ACGGOODS support. Direct transactions outside the platform are not recommended.
Can I close or delete my account?
Please contact us on Discord if you want to close or delete your account. We may need you to verify your account or your shop.
Promoting
How can I promote myself?
You can share your store link on social media, use hashtags, create timelapses, or interact with fan communities.
Why is my shop or design not showing in search?
It may take time for new uploads to be indexed. Ensure your tags and titles are accurate and relevant.
Can I sell my products on my own website?
Yes, you can use the product link to your own page. And you can also put the the mockups elsewhere.
Can I sell my products on other e-commerce platforms?
Yes, but ensure you have the rights to use the same designs and no exclusivity is violated.
Do you offer dropshipping services?
Yes, we can do drop-shipping service for you. But it's only available on ACGGOODS platform.
Getting Paid
When will I receive my earnings?
Payouts are processed based on our payout schedule, typically monthly. Please check more information on your store dashboard- wallet.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
You'll need to link your PayPal or supported payment account to receive payouts. We will send you the earnings monthly, you don't need to apply for the withdrawal.
Can I export my shop's order data?
Yes, order history and sales reports can be exported from your dashboard.
Can I change the display currency?
Display currency can be change on top of the website. But the billing currency is still in USD currently.
What payout methods do you support?
Currently, we support PayPal and we will add more payout methods in the future.
